Upload your own contract templates (PDF or Word doc) for any strategy. When uploaded, the strategy's "Download Contract" button will use your contract instead of ours. Our templates always remain available as a fallback. Max 10 MB per file.

Note: Custom contracts are downloaded as-is — property address, seller name, price, and other deal fields are not auto-filled. Edit the downloaded file in Word/Preview to fill those in. If you want auto-filled contracts, use our templates instead.

Credits are used to reveal seller + buyer contact info (phone + email). 1 credit = 1 reveal. Credits never expire and results are cached — looking up the same person twice doesn't charge again.
