Refund Policy

We want you to be confident about your subscription. This policy explains when refunds are available.
7-day refund window
If you cancel within seven (7) days of your first charge and you have not used the Service to generate or send any offer emails, you may request a full refund by emailing support@thebestoffer.ai with your account email. We will process the refund within five business days.
After 7 days or after sending offers
After the 7-day window has passed, or after you have used the Service to generate or send an offer email (regardless of when), the subscription is non-refundable. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, and your access continues through the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again.
Renewal charges
Each monthly renewal charge is non-refundable on its own. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a month you do not intend to use, contact support@thebestoffer.ai within seven days of the charge. Refunds in this scenario are at our discretion and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Failed payments & disputes
If your monthly payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge for several days. If the charge still fails, your subscription will be marked past-due and access will be paused. Resolving the payment method through your dashboard restores access immediately.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have a chance to resolve the issue. Chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access.

- From your Account dashboard, click Manage billing → Cancel subscription.
